Who is eligible The Wallace Medical Concern Clinics?
We provide health care to our patients through three different access points (by appointment only):
- Downtown Portland
- Gresham
- Mobile Medical Clinic
We are in the process of opening up to Oregon Health Plan (OHP) clients. 98% of our current patients report having no insurance, but we believe that due to access problems, some people with Medicaid coverage, unable to receive services through OHP, come to us.
How do I make an appointment?
What kind of problems can WMC treat?
- We provide basic urgent care, some examples include: respiratory infections, bladder infections, ear infections, fevers, skin rashes and simple foot problems.
- Dermatology and Podiatry care are offered twice per month.
- Chiropractic care is offered weekly.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide care for: mental health conditions; gynecology, dental or sexually transmitted diseases.

Rockwood Clinic (services for all ages)

Urgent Care Clinics are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
Visits are by appointment only.
- Doors open at 6:00 p.m.
- Patients with appointments must arrive no later than 6:30 p.m.
- Patients without appointments may be seen if there are "no-shows".

Mobile Medical Clinic (services for all ages)
We are also out in the community providing urgent care at 3 different locations from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
